About Change Weavers Consulting

Change Weavers Consulting (CWC) is a woman-owned, Winnipeg-based firm with offices in Manitoba and British Columbia. Since 2015, we’ve partnered with organizations across the health, university, professional groups, Indigenous, government, environmental, business, and nonprofit sectors to navigate complexity, foster collaboration, and create meaningful change.

Our mission is to help organizations and people find clarity and direction through strategic planning and organizational transformation, facilitation and engagement, and research and evaluation.

CWC is known for our holistic, systems-informed approach—weaving together facilitation & engagement, research & evaluation, and strategy to support innovation and long-term impact.

We are a collaborative firm and, with our network of experts, bring in the right team members for each client project.

Laurie Ringaert, MSc, CPF, CE
Principal Consultant, Change Weavers Consulting

Laurie Ringaert is a nationally recognized facilitator, evaluator, and strategist with over 20 years of experience helping organizations find clarity, alignment, and purpose in complex systems. As the Principal Consultant and Founder of Change Weavers Consulting, Laurie has designed and led over 100 engagement and planning processes across Canada, working with governments, universities, health systems, and Indigenous organizations.

Laurie’s hallmark is her ability to integrate facilitation, evaluation, research, strategy and implementation— weaving diverse perspectives into clear, actionable outcomes. Her work is grounded in equity, reconciliation, and inclusion, ensuring that every engagement honours lived experience and leads to meaningful, sustainable change.

She holds an MSc in Community Health Sciences, BMR (Occupational Therapy), and BSc (Zoology). She is a Certified Professional Facilitator (IAF), Certified Skilled Facilitator (INIFAC), Credentialed Evaluator (CES), Certified Systemic Team Coach (Peter Hawkins), and a recipient of the Queen Elizabeth II Platinum Jubilee Medal.
