Transitions: Exploring Your Next Chapter

A one day retreat for people sensing something in their life is ready to shift

June 25, 2026
9 AM to 4 PM

Light of the Prairies Retreat Centre
Lorette, Manitoba

Maybe you're questioning what comes next...

Transitions offers a rare opportunity to pause, step away from daily demands, and thoughtfully explore what is emerging in this next stage of your life with others who are also exploring. Through guided reflection, facilitated conversation, peer learning, and time in nature, participants will gain greater clarity about where they are now, what they may be leaving behind, and how they want to move forward with intention.

  • A career path may no longer fit. Retirement may be approaching. A business idea keeps tugging at you. Roles or identities that once felt certain may be shifting in unexpected ways.
  • Or perhaps there is simply a quiet sense that something new is calling — a desire for greater clarity, balance, purpose, or fulfillment.
  • Periods of transition can bring uncertainty, grief, excitement, and possibility all at once. Often, we know something needs to change, but we struggle to find the space, perspective, or confidence to take the next step.

This inaugural retreat is designed for...

  • Considering a career or life transition
  • Exploring retirement or “rewirement”
  • Launching or reimagining a business idea
  • Feeling stuck, uncertain, or readyfor renewal
  • Seeking clarity about what comes next

What you'll gain...

  • Greater clarity about your current transition
  • A fresh perspective on your next chapter
  • Practical insight into possible next steps
  • Connection with others navigating similar questions
  • Space to reflect, breathe, and reconnect with yourself

  • Engaging facilitated conversations
  • Curated insights from leading thinkers and authors on transitions and change
  • Opportunities for peer learningand connection
  • Quiet time in nature
  • Shared refreshments and meals
  • Laughter, reflection, and meaningful conversation

You do not need to have everything figured out before attending.
